California: Call the Governor to Protect Teens' Health!

Right now, Governor Jerry Brown is considering Assembly Bill 499, which would give teenagers the right to consent to the HPV vaccine and other preventive care for STDs without involving their parents. The governor has to decide before October 9 whether to sign this important measure into law.
