Court Requires FDA to Expand Access to EC

PRCH board chair Suzanne T. Poppema, MD, praised today’s federal ruling that lowers the age at which young women and their partners can buy non-prescription emergency contraception; it is now 17. Our 2009 Policy Agenda urges the FDA to make EC available to all ages without a prescription.
