Dr. Broekhuizen on Effects of New Wisconsin Law

PRCH board member Fredrik Broekhuizen, MD, spoke to RH Reality Check about Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin's decision to suspend all medication abortion services in response to a new state anti-abortion law. Dr. Broekhuizen noted that because the language of the law is so vague and poorly defined, physicians who offer medication abortion services could face criminal charges: "Legislators are prescribing how physicians and patients interact....And we have no ability to defend ourselves."
