Dr. Santelli on Decline in Teen Birth Rates

Adviser to PRCH’s Adolescent Reproductive and Sexual Health Project John Santelli MD, MPH, spoke to the Well, the New York Times’ health blog, about the drop in teen birth rates reported by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Dr. Santelli credited increased contraception use among adolescents, noting, “I think the current generation of youth are perhaps more conscientious and cautious.” Read more here.
