Patient's Health Trumps Institution's Religious Liberty

In a letter published in the Los Angeles Times, former Leadership Training Academy Fellow Rachel Steward, MD, MSc, took on recent efforts to dismantle the federal rule requiring employers to provide insurance coverage in their health plans for workers.
Dr. Steward declared, "My patients must be allowed to make these medical choices independent of their employers' religious affiliations." Read the rest of her letter.
