Gov. Schwarzenegger, Stop the Gender Bias in Health Care

The legislation PRCH physicians lobbied for during California Advocacy Day is almost law. The California legislature has passed a bill to stop private health insurance companies from charging women more than men. But Governor Schwarzenegger has not decided whether to make it law—and the deadline to sign the bill is this Sunday.
