PRCH consulting medical director Anne Davis, MD, MPH, explains in a post on RH Reality Check that American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists, American Academy of Pediatrics, American Academy of Family Physicians, and other professional medical associations have joined PRCH in a letter urging the Department of Health and Human Services to drop its draft regulations that would expand the definition of abortion. PRCH member Connie Mitchell, MD, also lambasted the draft regulations in a letter to the editor of the Sacramento Bee.
